Ownership in the Company
Real trades on NASDAQ (REAX). Agents can earn stock through capping, production and attraction awards, or buy shares through the Stock Purchase Plan.
Revenue Share
Agents can earn a share of Real's portion of the split from agents they introduce to Real, across up to five tiers.
